Natural Wonder Jewellery

All my silver jewellery is handmade in my workshop in Cornwall and I aim to ship within 2 days. If you require an item sooner, I will certainly try to accommodate you. Please let me know by adding some details in the field marked ‘Order notes’ on the checkout page. If I cannot meet your requirements, I will contact you to advise.

When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email that I have received your order.

Orders

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and I will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless I have notified you that I do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time I receive your order apart from the following exception:
While I try and ensure that all the prices on my website are accurate, errors may occur. If an error is found in the price of goods you have ordered I will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If I am unable to contact you I will treat the order as cancelled. On condition that you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

UK & International Deliveries

I send all UK orders as Free Tracked 24 as standard. The postage charge on all International orders will be £12.50 and will be sent using a trackable service.

Delivery Times

I am unable to guarantee delivery times however typically standard service should arrive in the Uk within 2 – 3 days,  EEC within 5 days, 7 days to the rest of Europe and 7-10 days outside of Europe. However, I am not able to guarantee an exact delivery date due to possible customs delays. Natural Wonder Jewellery can take no responsibility for delays caused during shipping, once goods have been posted.   In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit a refund will be issued 10 working days plus the due delivery date as per Royal Mails compensation policy.

Customs

All Europe and International packages are marked as Small Packet and the goods are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Christmas Deliveries

Approaching the festive season delivery times will get longer due to the volume of mail in the postal system. Please order well in advance for Christmas. The current advice is that the last shipping date for stock items (see above) for the UK is 20th December, for Europe 12th December, for the US 12th December and for Australia 5th December. Items can be made to order until 10th December. Please email to confirm to avoid disappointment.

Money Back Guarantee

You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of having received your order for a full refund. All goods returned are at the sender’s expense unless faulty. Notification of faulty goods should be made as soon as possible after the goods have been received. Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original carton, please email me photos of the damages. If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit.

UK Returns

Please note that all items that are custom-made and we cannot accept returns unless the goods are defective in their manufacture.

Refunds wont be given for rings that do not fit, please ensure you have your correct ring/finger size before placing your order.

All disputes will be settled under United Kingdom Law. If a refund is agreed, we will refund to the original method of payment within 7 days of receipt of goods.
