ORDERING
When submitting an order to Natural Wonder Jewellery, you are entering into a contract with Natural Wonder Jewellery to supply you with handmade jewellery items as described in the product details. This contract will become binding upon our acceptance via email confirmation of your order. If for some reason the product you ordered is not available, I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action (i.e. a full refund or a substitute product incurring a part refund or extra payment as required). When ordering rings online it is the customers responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size.
SILVER
All jewellery displayed on this site has been handmade by Emma Brindle. Items are made with recycled sterling silver (.925) or fine silver (.999). Some pieces may feature pre-made components such as clasps and chains.
IMAGES
Photographs taken will be what I deem to be a clear representation of the product. I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products which appear in the store. I cannot guarantee that your computer or phone display of any colour will be accurate.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are clearly stated for each item and do not include VAT, as Natural Wonder Jewellery is not a VAT registered company.
Payment is through PayPal or Stripe payment provider, accepts credit & debit cards.
